- Lead the development and execution of the venue's overall marketing strategy
- Own the planning and delivery of seasonal campaigns, entertainment promotions, brand collaborations, and special events
- Drive the venue's digital presence across social media, CRM, email marketing, website content, and paid advertising
- Develop creative concepts and campaign ideas that generate guest engagement and increase brand awareness
- Coordinate the production of marketing assets, including photography, videography, and promotional content
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers, media, agencies, and strategic partners
- Work closely with the venue's operational teams to ensure marketing initiatives complement the guest journey
- Review campaign results, customer insights, and market trends to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
- Manage marketing spend, ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and within budget
- Maintain brand consistency across all guest facing communications and marketing materials
Requirements
- 3 5 years' experience in a marketing position within beach clubs, restaurants, hospitality, nightlife, luxury lifestyle, or similar consumer facing brands
- Demonstrated success delivering marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, guest engagement, and commercial performance
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management, CRM, influencer marketing, and content planning
- Experience coordinating entertainment or event driven marketing campaigns is highly advantageous
- Confident managing multiple projects while working to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance and make data driven recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
