Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and drive regional marketing strategies across the Middle East, Levant, India, and Pakistan.
This role focuses on strengthening brand positioning, supporting sales growth, and managing multi-market execution through strong leadership and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 8–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- **Experience working with an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) is highly preferred.**
- Experience in automotive or related industries (tyres, spare parts, auto components, etc.)
- Proven track record in managing multi-country/regional marketing
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and CRM
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and manage annual marketing budgets, campaigns, and product launches
- Drive brand visibility and market share across multiple regions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize strategies
- Lead digital, media, and CRM initiatives to enhance customer engagement
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders and external agencies for campaign execution
- Ensure consistent brand communication across all markets
- Track performance metrics and optimize marketing effectiveness
Team Management
- Lead and manage a team of 7 marketing professionals
- Provide guidance, training, and performance management
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative team environment
