Role Description

  • This is a full time, on site Marketing Manager – AI and Digital Marketing role based in Dubai.
  • The Marketing Manager will design and execute data driven digital marketing strategies that leverage AI tools and platforms to optimize campaigns, customer journeys, and lead generation.
  • Day to day responsibilities include planning and managing multi channel campaigns (search, social, email, content, and performance marketing), setting KPIs, and monitoring campaign analytics to improve ROI.
  • The role involves overseeing marketing automation, personalization initiatives, and experimentation (A/B testing), as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery.
  • The Marketing Manager will also track emerging AI and digital trends, evaluate new technologies, and translate insights into actionable marketing initiatives that support the growth of OnTime Group’s business lines.

Qualifications

  • Strong digital marketing expertise, including hands on experience with performance marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in AI driven marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics/BI tools for campaign optimization.
  • Solid skills in market research, customer segmentation, and developing integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience with campaign measurement, web analytics, and A/B testing to interpret data, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities to create clear and engaging marketing messages for diverse audiences.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, manage multiple campaigns, and collaborate with cross functional teams and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree or specialized certification in digital/AI marketing is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the UAE or GCC market and familiarity with service oriented or government related sectors is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring team members and contributing to a culture of innovation and ethical, inclusive marketing practices.
