- Support small office events by arranging refreshments and coordinating beverage service
Requirements
- Strong barista skills including operating coffee machines and preparing a variety of coffee and beverage recipes
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Clear communication skills for taking orders and coordinating with office teams
- Basic food preparation skills and knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage multiple orders
- Basic English language proficiency

Role Description
- The Office Barista is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- Responsible for preparing and serving high quality coffee and other beverages to employees and visitors.
- Welcoming guests, taking orders, and providing attentive customer service.
- Operating coffee machines, maintaining cleanliness, replenishing supplies, and following food safety standards.
- Supporting small office events by arranging refreshments and coordinating beverage service.
Qualifications
- Strong barista skills including operating coffee machines and preparing a variety of coffee and beverage recipes.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Clear communication skills for taking orders and coordinating with office teams.
- Basic food preparation skills and knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
- Prior experience as a barista or in hospitality is highly beneficial.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and manage multiple orders.
- Basic English language proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or food service is a plus.
