- Guide Russian speaking clients through the process of establishing businesses in the UAE
- Advise on legal structures, licensing options, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct consultations, prepare and review documentation
- Coordinate with government and regulatory entities, track application statuses
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and maintain accurate records
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and interpret regulatory requirements
- Consulting and management consulting experience to advise on business structures
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in Russian and strong proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Finance knowledge to explain financial implications of business setup options
- Relevant bachelor's degree in business, finance, law, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in UAE business setup, corporate services, or government services highly beneficial
- Strong client service orientation, attention to detail, ability to work in fast paced multicultural environment
- Proficiency with standard office software and ability to learn internal systems
