Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client requirements, review documentation, and interpret UAE business setup regulations
- Consulting and Management Consulting experience to provide structured, client focused advice
- Excellent Communication skills, including fluent Russian and strong English
- Basic to intermediate Finance understanding to explain fees and cost structures
- Previous experience in business setup, corporate services, or government services in the UAE is highly beneficial
- Knowledge of UAE company laws, free zone and mainland regulations, and visa processes is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field preferred

Role Description
- The Business Setup Advisor – Russian Speaker is a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The role involves advising clients on company formation, licensing, and regulatory requirements in the UAE, with a focus on Russian speaking clients.
- Day to day tasks include conducting consultations, assessing client needs, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with government and free zone authorities, and ensuring timely completion of setup procedures.
- The advisor will maintain accurate records, provide clear communication on processes and costs, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service.
- The role also includes staying updated on relevant laws and regulations, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and supporting business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client requirements, review documentation, and interpret UAE business setup regulations.
- Consulting and Management Consulting experience to provide structured, client focused advice and solutions for business formation.
- Excellent Communication skills, including fluent Russian and strong English, to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Basic to intermediate Finance understanding to explain fees, cost structures, and financial implications of different setup options.
- Previous experience in business setup, corporate services, or government services in the UAE is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of UAE company laws, free zone and mainland regulations, and visa processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work on site in a fast paced, client facing environment, managing multiple cases with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field preferred; relevant certificates in consulting or corporate services are a plus.
