- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Fluency in English required, Arabic language skills are an advantage
- Valid UAE residency status and willingness to work on site and attend external client visits and events

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site role for a Business Development Executive – Dubai Land Department, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities related to Dubai Land Department services, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for OnTime Property Registration and related entities.
- The Business Development Executive will generate and qualify leads, conduct client meetings, present service offerings, and prepare proposals and agreements in line with company standards.
- Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery, tracking sales activities in CRM systems, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and providing regular performance reports.
- The role also requires proactive participation in networking events, industry forums, and marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management practices, including relationship building, client retention, and revenue growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present complex services clearly and professionally to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in real estate, property registration, or government services in the UAE, preferably with exposure to Dubai Land Department processes.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, client focused environment, with strong negotiation, problem solving, and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; fluency in English required, Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Valid UAE residency status and willingness to work on site and attend external client visits and events.
