Responsibilities
- Identify and understand target audiences in each market to develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different countries, channels and segments
- Conceptualize and execute multi channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle
- Work with Africa Sales team and customers to develop and execute marketing programs and strategies
- Enhance brand awareness within the digital space and drive website traffic and acquire leads
- Manage participation in trade fairs and customer events and support execution on site
- Work closely with agencies to execute online and offline marketing activities
- Develop a strong market intelligence database to understand current market situation and trends
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sales, Marketing or similar business related discipline
- Profound working experience in marketing ideally in automotive industry in Africa
- Strong budget & project management skills
- Excellent understanding of market trends in the different countries
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Readiness to travel (up to 25%)
- Excellent English and French skills

Your Contribution
- You will lead and be responsible for the planning, organizing and executing of all Clarios brand and product marketing initiatives in Africa.
- You will work in close alignment with the Africa sales team, central Marketing organizations and the customers in order to support profitable business growth, increase Clarios brands position and customer satisfaction.
- Ideally experienced with developing and executing marketing campaigns in the African Automotive Aftermarket.
- The role will be based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Identify and understand the target audiences in each market to develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different countries, channels and segments.
- Conceptualize and execute on multi channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and high value messaging across all channels.
- Work in conjunction with the Africa Sales team and customers to develop and execute marketing programs and strategies to promote the sales of brands, products and services at every value chain player in each country or region.
- Enhance brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads due to strong digital marketing capabilities.
- Manage the participation in trade fairs and customer events and support the execution on site.
- Work closely together with agencies to execute online and offline marketing activities.
- Develop a strong market intelligence database to have a comprehensive understanding of the current market situation and trends based on market development, competitors, channels, product & service offering, and consumer behaviors.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
- Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Sales, Marketing or similar business related discipline.
- Profound working experience in marketing ideally in automotive industry in Africa.
- Strong budget & project management skills.
- Excellent understanding of market trends in the different countries.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Readiness to travel (up to 25%).
- Excellent English and French skills.
- Team player, Cultural sensitivity, and Analytical and conceptual thinking using logic and reason as well as creative and strategic.
- Genuine interest and passion for the automotive industry.
- Ability to demonstrate project management skills.
