- Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that strengthen brand presence and engage target audiences
- Develop brand assets across all projects
- Create, plan, and manage integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with PR, Events, and Digital teams/agencies, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to timelines
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging across all channels to maintain consistency and alignment with company objectives
- Manage external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver creative, high impact campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and sales
- Work closely with external agencies, writing clear and concise briefs to ensure effective communication and project execution
- Ensure that all marketing materials and campaigns adhere to company brand guidelines across all channels
- Oversee the planning and execution of projects, campaigns, and creative initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables effectively
- Handle contracts and retainers with agencies, ensuring value and quality in all partnerships
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights with relevant KPIs to track success and inform future strategies
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and design, to align marketing efforts and achieve company goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand and event management in the real estate development sector in the UAE
- Experience in branded development and international campaign planning and execution
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and analytics platforms
