- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, workflows, and execution plans across all projects
- Oversee BIM implementation from concept design through construction and handover
- Review BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, coordination, and compliance with project requirements
- Manage model coordination processes and facilitate clash detection reviews
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure effective BIM integration
- Establish model quality control procedures and auditing processes
- Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms and document control processes related to BIM
- Mentor and support BIM Coordinators and BIM Specialists
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction, engineering, or real estate development sector
- At least 5 years in a BIM management role overseeing large scale mixed use, residential, commercial, or hospitality developments
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
- Strong knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM Execution Planning
- Experience with clash detection, model federation, and digital project delivery
- Experience working on the developer/client side is highly preferred
- BIM related certifications preferred (Autodesk Certified Professional, BuildingSMART, etc.)

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, workflows, and execution plans across all projects.
- Establish BIM requirements for consultants, contractors, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with company BIM standards, industry best practices, and project specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs).
- Drive BIM adoption and digital transformation initiatives within the organization.
- Oversee BIM implementation from concept design through construction and handover.
- Review BIM models to ensure accuracy, completeness, coordination, and compliance with project requirements.
- Manage model coordination processes and facilitate clash detection reviews.
- Monitor BIM deliverables, project milestones, and consultant performance.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project managers to ensure effective BIM integration.
- Act as the primary BIM point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead BIM coordination meetings and provide technical guidance to project teams.
- Establish model quality control procedures and auditing processes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- BIM related certifications preferred (Autodesk Certified Professional, BuildingSMART, etc.).
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the construction, engineering, or real estate development sector.
