About the Role

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily FM operations across all assigned properties
- Coordinate, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Resolve incoming maintenance requests and oversee DLP defect rectifications
- Conduct regular building and equipment inspections
- Monitor performance of external contractors and service providers
- Maintain client and tenant relations as primary point of contact
- Monitor and control maintenance costs to align with budgets
- Maintain facility records, asset registers, and compliance documents
- Track and report on KPIs and SLAs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in Facilities Management
- Valid UAE driving license (highly preferred)
- Deep understanding of facilities management, building maintenance, and contractor supervision
- Strong skills in planning, operational scheduling, and problem solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
- Strong report writing capabilities

Job Purpose
- The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for managing daily operations and maintenance of assigned properties, coordinating preventive and reactive maintenance, supervising contractors, inspecting facility quality, controlling costs, and ensuring HSE compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily FM operations across all assigned properties
- Coordinate, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Promptly resolve maintenance requests and oversee DLP defect rectifications
- Conduct regular building and equipment inspections
- Monitor performance of external contractors and service providers
- Maintain excellent client and tenant relations
- Monitor and control maintenance costs
- Maintain accurate facility records, asset registers, and compliance documents
- Track and report on KPIs and SLAs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in Facilities Management
- Valid UAE driving license (highly preferred)
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of facilities management, building maintenance, and contractor supervision
- Strong skills in planning, operational scheduling, and problem solving
