- Lead annual category calendar content planning, creative development, landing page CX design and scheduling of cross channel campaigns
- Manage product launches and new releases
- Merchandise deals and events for the category
- Conduct post campaign measurement and analysis
- Coordinate across Vendor Management and Design Management functions
- Drive customer demand or overstock by partnering on ongoing deals and cross site events
- Contribute to Weekly Business Reviews and Monthly Business Reviews
- Introduce, run and report on A/B testing cycle for content strategy optimization

Role Overview
- Length of Contract: 6 Months
- Salary: AED 15,500 monthly + VISA + Medical Insurance
- The Marketing Manager will play a leading role in developing the Home category’s creative direction, style guidelines, and overall CX strategy, discoverability and category online marketing calendar and strategy.
- They will propose, plan and execute the merchandising plan, new features and products with minimal oversight, partnering with business teams to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual category calendar content planning, creative development, landing page CX design and scheduling of cross channel campaigns across gateway, manual merchandising slots, email / social for BAU / evergreen / x site / deals & events
- Product launches & new releases (eg. Brand new product launches, big releases, new big sellers)
- Deals & events merchandising for the category (eg. back to school, Prime Day, White Friday)
- Post campaign measurement and analysis
- Coordinate and project manage across Vendor Management and Design Management functions to source the content inputs for cross channel campaign execution
- Understand the business requirements and coordinate with central marketing stakeholders to push the inputs into associates, search and xsite social channels as per the business goals
- Drive customer demand or overstock by partnering on ongoing deals & cross site events
- Contribute to Weekly Business Reviews and Monthly Business Reviews Reporting for Content Management on the browse experience and changes for the categories.
- Introduce, run and report on a steady A/B testing cycle for content strategy optimization across storefronts, emails and other traffic channels
