About the Role
Mondrian Doha is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the full MARCOM team with a focus on content strategy, live coverage, and real-time storytelling. The role involves covering hotel events, executing photo/video shoots, managing social media content, and coordinating with PR and agencies.

Responsibilities
- Support the hotel’s full MARCOM team, with a strong focus on content strategy & creation, live coverage, and real time storytelling, ensuring brand integrity and consistency across all channels
- Actively cover hotel happenings, events, nightlife activations, and weekend activities, capturing content and posting live updates when required
- Execute photo/video shoots, social media content, campaign rollouts, and daily marketing coordination
- Work closely with PR, agencies, and internal departments to amplify brand visibility and guest engagement
Requirements
- Strong understanding of luxury/lifestyle positioning, guest profiling, and trend driven content creation
- Creative, organized, detail oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines
- Team player with a positive attitude, collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast moving environment
- Ability to handle administrative tasks with solid knowledge of Microsoft 360, Canva, and WordPress (an advantage)
