We are currently hiring a Marketing Coordinator - 6 Months Contract Role

on behalf of a prestigious client, based in their Dubai office.

Job Purpose

The purpose of the role is to develop and implement marketing and communication strategies by aligning with importer partners and other stakeholders to ensure company's brand visibility in the Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring company's participation in events hosted in and by the MIAC region.
  • Planning and implementation of virtual, in-person events/projects, including but not limited to, MIAC management meetings, annual conferences.
  • Engage and interact with key vendors/suppliers and internal departments for events, ensuring smooth coordination and success of an event.
  • Plan, structure, develop and write communication materials such as internal newsletters, Violin releases, external invitations, branding material/ visuals.
  • Collaborating and coordinating with MIAC stakeholders to ensure alignment with company's Brand requirements and guidelines.
  • Supporting local dealers with their communication needs, initiatives, and internal and external events, as well as raising the overall marketing and communications capabilities.
  • Coordinating with VBC Digital marketing team for Target groups for company's global communication.
  • Continuous development of ideas and content – visual and written – for MIAC Facebook, LinkedIn and company web pages.
  • Develop the MIAC annual MarCom plan and budget. Ensure central plans alignment with regional plans and budget.
  • Develop cost estimates and track expenditures against budgets for activities.

  • Experience of working in an international environment and interest in different cultures
  • Effective use of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
