Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure provision of marketing deliverables in the country/region, in coordination with Regional, Group Marketing and Strategy Department.
  • Supervise product and service offering, implementing innovations and tracking performance.
  • Manage definition and implementation of local/regional lead generation plans and projects.
  • Develop and implement internal and external marketing strategies, plans, campaigns and projects.
  • Monitor and measure success of all marketing activities to support strategy.
  • Manage marketing budget effectively to achieve objectives.
  • Maintain expertise over entire range of products and product libraries.
  • Coordinate production of print and promotional items from concept to delivery.
  • Manage and update local Coface websites and social media platforms.
  • Produce local newsletters and content for digital channels.
  • Coordinate media relations and advertising.
  • Conceptualize, implement and run internal and external events.

Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, business administration or any equivalent discipline.
  • At least 10 years with a minimum of 5 years in sales or marketing.
  • Previous experience in a related business area (credit insurance) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a multicultural/international environment is highly desirable.

Technical and Practical Skills

  • Understand product mix and positioning strategies.
  • Master TCI policy wording or ability to learn fast.
  • Write arguments, Q&A, brochures.
  • Engage with sales as product expert.
  • User Experience & User Interface background.
  • Minimum IT literacy.
  • Engage with users, promote Coface USP, animate community.
  • Understand project mode and show commitment.
  • Process literacy for quality improvement, customer journey and complaint management.
  • Minimum understanding of client research (quantity/quality).
  • Capacity to engage with Sales, promoter skills.
  • Efficient doer skills on different levels (events, procurement, project management).
