- Contribute to the design and execution of the CGS Marketing Action Plan
- Support targeted initiatives to grow and saturate the CGS portfolio
- Build and maintain market intelligence within the CGS segment
- Ensure accurate reporting and updates in relevant tools
- Maintain proactive and regular communication with clients and intermediaries
- Develop strong, trust based relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and regular follow ups
- Respond promptly to client queries and provide high quality service
- Advise clients on optimal coverage solutions
- Prepare proposals, bids, and price quotations
- Act as the central point of contact for assigned clients and intermediaries
- Deliver renewal revenue and drive portfolio growth and profitability
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Account Management within the Insurance industry
- Strong experience in Credit Insurance is preferred
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Commercial expertise with a focus on profitability and client retention
- Ability to manage complex international client programs
- Solid understanding of the current economic environment and its impact on the market
- Contract management expertise, including renewals and full contract lifecycle
- Comfortable with technical policy wording and insurance structures

Role Overview
