Overview

  • Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in the Retail industry in Saudi Arabia, Al Riyadh.
  • The Marketing & Communication Director is responsible for developing and executing the company's overall marketing, branding, communications, public relations, social media, and digital marketing strategies.
  • The role aims to strengthen brand positioning, drive customer engagement, increase market share, and support revenue growth across all retail channels.
  • The Director will lead the marketing team and collaborate closely with executive management, operations, merchandising, and external agencies to ensure a consistent and impactful brand presence.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing and communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead brand management and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Oversee digital marketing activities including paid media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing.
  • Manage social media strategy, content, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
  • Develop and implement PR and media relations initiatives to enhance brand reputation.
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Monitor campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize results.
  • Manage marketing budgets, external agencies, and internal teams.
  • Provide regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing, and brand management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in retail, FMCG, e commerce, or consumer focused industries.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, social media, PR, brand management, and marketing analytics.
  • Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is required.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is preferred.
