About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement market strategies to achieve High Voltage business unit growth targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Manage and be responsible for the demand market for the business unit including third party sales, internal sales, and channels.
- Facilitate development and approval of proposals to support effective negotiations.
- Serve as the primary representative for the business unit in country specific negotiations and contract management.
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals within the assigned market area.
- Work with marketing teams to position products effectively within the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
- Develop and manage the market budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
- Organize and promote after sales activities.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess success of market strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high performing team.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development preferably in High Voltage.
- Proficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to develop and implement effective market strategies.
- Strong ability to analyze data and market trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.

The Opportunity
- Support the Front End Sales team in Marketing and Sales activities for the High Voltage business unit and represent the interests of the organization in Saudi Arabia. Develop profitable and sustainable sales for the complete High Voltage portfolio.

- Sales strategy: develop and implement market strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Market Analysis: conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Market coverage: manage demand market including third party sales, internal sales, and channels.
- Bid and proposal: facilitate development and approval of proposals.
- Negotiation and contract management: serve as primary representative for business unit in country specific negotiations.
- Sales and revenue growth: drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals.
- Product positioning and Marketing: work with marketing teams to position products effectively.
- Relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Budget management: develop and manage the market budget.
- After sales activities: organize and promote after sales activities.
- Performance tracking: define and track KPIs.
- Training: serve as primary trainer for front end sales teams.
Your Background
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
