- Develop and implement market strategies to achieve High Voltage business unit growth targets
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes
- Manage demand market including third party sales, internal sales, and channels
- Facilitate bid and proposal development and approval
- Lead customer negotiations and contract management
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities with marketing teams
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Develop and manage market budget
- Organize and promote after sales activities
- Define and track KPIs for market strategies
- Train front end sales teams on High Voltage portfolio
Requirements
- Experience in marketing and sales for High Voltage business unit
- Ability to develop and implement market strategies
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills

The opportunity
- Support the Front End Sales team in Marketing and Sales activities for the High Voltage business unit in Saudi Arabia.
- Develop profitable and sustainable sales for the complete High Voltage business unit portfolio.
- Implement business unit strategies in conjunction with Front End Sales, Hub Marketing & Sales and Global Marketing & Sales.
How you'll make an impact
- Sales strategy: develop and implement market strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Market Analysis: conduct thorough market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Market coverage: manage demand market including third party sales, internal sales, and channels.
- Bid and proposal: facilitate development and approval of proposals; manage quotation process.
- Negotiation and contract management: serve as primary representative for business unit in negotiations.
- Sales and revenue growth: drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals.
- Product positioning and Marketing: work with marketing teams to position products effectively.
- Relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Budget management: develop and manage market budget.
- After sales activities: organize and promote after sales activities; ensure order handling.
- Performance tracking: define and track KPIs; prepare performance reports.
- Training: serve as primary trainer for front end sales teams.
