About the Role
Anantara at Banana Island Resort Doha is seeking a Marine HVAC Technician to maintain and repair HVAC systems on marine vehicles. The role requires certification in Marine HVAC and two years of experience in a hotel marine engineering department.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and update marine vehicles record system of the resort
- Supervise all repairs and maintenance of HVAC systems and related equipment on water based vehicles
- Record all service and repair done for boats, vehicles, and equipment and keep log of spare parts used
- Carry out preventive maintenance program
- Carry out minor fabrication work and metal work when required
- Advise improvements to the present system to optimize operating efficiency and economy
- Ensure implementation of Anantara policies, standards, and procedures in relation to Engineering
- Participate in conducting Fire Prevention Training Programs
- Maintain records of all important information pertaining to operation of marine vehicles
- Ensure engineering services comply with established standard and quality

- Familiar with the operations and priorities of all other hotel operating departments.
