- Ability to synthesize and interpret data
- Excellent communications and inter personal relations skills
- Effective prioritization skills
- Proven ability to manage projects/work streams

Job Purpose
- The EGA Strategy team advises the Executive Committee and Board on strategic matters including investment decisions, value chain exploration, and overall strategic direction.
- The Manager leads independent analysis, develops financial models, enables implementation of strategic projects, and supports execution of EGA's strategy.
Key Accountabilities
- Leads one or more work streams for EGA's strategy development and ensures alignment across functions.
- Supports definition and execution of EGA strategic priorities and annual strategy development process.
- Monitors and tracks KPIs and prepares reports summarizing data and conclusions.
- Develops performance improvement initiatives and builds business cases for new strategic initiatives.
- Conducts analysis of ad hoc requests and presents data and findings.
- Coaches and mentors up to two analysts; leads multifunctional teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, strategy, or related specialization.
- 3 5 years relevant experience in strategy, finance, or related business analysis; prior consulting or investment firm experience highly preferred.
- Strong problem solving, analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Ability to synthesize and interpret data.
- Excellent communications and inter personal relations skills.
- Effective prioritization skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage projects/work streams.
