Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework
- Establish and maintain Business Continuity Management (BCM) plans
- Own and manage ISO and quality certifications
- Lead internal and external audit programs
- Define and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) aligned to ISO and EFQM frameworks
- Assist in driving a structured Continuous Improvement (CI) program
- Establish and govern enterprise KPI frameworks and performance dashboards
- Implement and oversee risk and internal control frameworks
- Lead process re engineering and optimization initiatives
- Drive digital enablement of quality and risk processes
- Manage stakeholder feedback mechanisms
- Promote a culture of quality, risk awareness, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and EFQM excellence models
- Deep understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks
- Experience with risk appetite setting, risk registers, and control frameworks (e.g., RICS)
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process optimization methodologies
- Ability to design and manage KPI frameworks and performance dashboards
- Expertise in internal and external audits, compliance frameworks, and ISO certification processes
- Strong project management skills
- Experience in change management

Job Description

Technical Competencies

- Deep understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data driven decision making.
- Experience in data governance, reporting automation, and performance tracking systems.
- Expertise in internal and external audits, compliance frameworks, and ISO certification processes.
- Strong capability in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Strong project management capabilities across cross functional transformation initiatives.
