- Design and lead executive level workshops, building engagement level facilitation strategies
- Own and steward client relationships with Directors General, CIOs, and other senior client stakeholders
- Lead AI readiness assessments for client organizations and co architect AI enabled solutions
- Lead and develop teams of two to five Consultants and Analysts, setting workstream direction and coaching team members
- Manage workstream plans, risks, and quality standards across complex engagements
- Lead sections of client proposals and build relationships that generate follow on work
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, government operations, or public service transformation
- Demonstrated experience leading executive level workshops with senior government stakeholders
- Experience leading process transformation workstreams independently, including future state operating model design
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams of Consultants and Analysts
- Strong structured problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Active Government of Canada Reliability Clearance or eligibility to obtain
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED

The Work
- Lead the design and delivery of current and future state business processes, operating models, transition roadmaps, implementation plans, and business cases for public service transformation.
- Design and lead executive level workshops, building engagement level facilitation strategies that align stakeholders, prioritize opportunities, and advance decisions.
- Own and steward client relationships with Directors General, CIOs, and other senior client stakeholders.
- Lead AI readiness assessments for client organizations and co architect AI enabled solutions with Accenture’s AI experts.
- Lead and develop teams of two to five Consultants and Analysts, setting workstream direction, coaching team members, and remaining accountable for the quality of team deliverables.
- Manage workstream plans, risks, and quality standards across complex engagements.
- Lead sections of client proposals and build relationships that generate follow on work.
Here's What You'll Need
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, government operations, or public service transformation.
- Demonstrated experience leading executive level workshops, co design sessions, or working groups with senior cross functional government stakeholders.
- Experience leading process transformation workstreams independently, including future state operating model design.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams of Consultants and Analysts.
- Strong structured problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Active Government of Canada Reliability Clearance or eligibility to obtain.
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
Bonus Points If
- Deep knowledge of federal government operations, including Treasury Board policy suite, machinery of government, departmental planning cycles, and procurement vehicles.
- Experience leading change management initiatives using established frameworks (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) in government or highly regulated environments.
- Track record applying AI literacy, automation, or digital transformation initiatives in a public service or complex institutional context.
- Experience contributing to business development activities, including proposal leadership and client account growth.

Compensation
- Role Location Annual Salary Range: British Columbia/Ontario CAD 108,800 to CAD 220,400.
