Responsibilities
- Re imagine world class operating models for Wholesale credit institutions
- Manage Wholesale credit systems implementation for a workstream (e.g., scope, cost, schedule, etc.)
- Develop our next generation Wholesale credit technology offerings
- Help define the value of a transformation, and how to measure and track success
- Facilitate design thinking and/or customer journey workshops to support development of a transformation roadmap and/or strategy
- Manage the definition of the practices, processes, toolsets, and operations for one or more transformation domains
- Build strong relationships with clients that extend beyond individual projects, including beginning to develop C suite relationships
- Drive thought leadership, asset development, and intellectual capital efforts
- Identify and advance ideas for new business opportunities
- Drive business development by architecting and developing proposals and SOWs with the support of a Senior Manager
Requirements
- 2+ years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development
- Demonstratable experience being part of an nCino project delivery project or consulting engagement
- A University degree is required for this position
- English is required for this position

Here’s What You Need
- 2+ years relevant professional services firm experience in technology or management consulting with broad experience in engagement management and business development.
- Demonstratable experience being part of an nCino project delivery project or consulting engagement.
- A University degree is required for this position.
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.
Compensation
- Role Location Hourly Salary Range: British Columbia/Ontario CAD 36.25 to CAD 60.29 per hour.
