Responsibilities
- Support Section Head in project management strategy and delivery activities to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic plan
- Oversee execution of project contract works, ensuring all parties fulfill contractual obligations and adhere to defined project scope
- Manage approved project schedules, monitor critical path activities, ensure timely delivery, and proactively address potential delays
- Track project costs, timelines, and overall progress, providing regular status updates and detailed reports to key stakeholders
- Obtain necessary NOCs and permits from local authorities to ensure compliance and uninterrupted project execution
- Coordinate with internal departments, including Commercial, Development, Procurement, and Contracts, to align project requirements and schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Min. 8 years of experience, including 4 years in a senior leadership or project lead role managing large scale, multi disciplinary projects and teams
- At least 2 years’ experience from a developer background preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools, MS Offices, Power BI for dashboard reporting, and Primavera is preferred

Qualifications
