- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go to market strategies for AI and analytical based products
- Drive the planning, coordination, and implementation of product launches, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including global product, sales, account management, and customer success to ensure seamless product integration and a cohesive customer experience
- Champion the commercialization process from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are positioned effectively in the market
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform product enhancements and strategies
- Take ownership of product launch activities, including training internal teams, hosting external webinars, and monitoring post launch performance
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities
- Leverage insights to contribute to product roadmap discussions and strategic decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, information systems or a similar field
- Passion for applying data insights to drive innovation and better business decisions
- Ability to act with a persistent and relentless sense of urgency
- Strong analytical skills
- Understanding of payments technology and application of that knowledge to address customer/market needs
- Ability to think strategically about complex issues, driving thoughtful recommendations and action plans
- Self starter, highly organized, collaboration minded and results driven
- Ability to multi task and work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Overnight travel required (5% 10%)
