About the Role
Mastercard is looking for a Product Manager to lead the Start Path Corporate Membership program within Innovation Enablement. You will develop content, manage events, support sales, and analyze data to drive fintech partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content for the Start Path Corporate Membership program
- Plan and execute events (virtual and in person)
- Contribute towards development of strategies and programs for large global clients
- Support conversations on the sales side to promote the product value proposition globally
- Obtain data from multiple sources, collate, analyze and triangulate information
- Apply quantitative and qualitative analytical techniques to identify client issues
- Structure and prepare draft reports and client steering committee presentations
- Extract intellectual capital from engagement work and share tools and best practices
- Build network of contacts and internal relationships across Mastercard
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in delivering digital and technical solutions and services
- Demonstrated experience working with 3rd party vendors and assessing same
- Connection to the fintech community and 'startup world' a distinct advantage
- Executive level presentation skills
- Understanding / experience of innovation frameworks and practical technology application experience
- Leadership skills—must be able to influence others and navigate complex relationship scenarios
- Excellent verbal and written skills

Overview
- The role will be as a Product Manager for the Start Path Corporate Membership program within the Innovation Enablement suite of Products in B&MI.
What You Will Do
- Develops and manages content for the Start Path Corporate Membership program
- Content management includes development of research reports, planning and executing events
- Contributes towards development of strategies and programs for large, strategically important global clients
- Support conversations on the sales side to promote the product value proposition globally
- Obtain data from multiple sources, collate, analyze and triangulate information

- Present draft reports to key stakeholders for review and feedback
