- Identify and onboard high value B2B and B2B2C partners aligned with TEC's commercial objectives
- Drive partnership led revenue growth by identifying and executing upsell opportunities
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners, acting as primary point of contact
- Represent TEC at industry events and networking forums across UAE
- Develop and maintain the Member Benefits portfolio through strategic sourcing and negotiations
- Plan and execute co hosted partner events that generate pipeline and revenue
- Work with Marketing to create co branded collateral and promotional content
- Develop and host Community initiatives to connect Members and drive satisfaction
- Track partnership performance metrics and build tracking systems for offers and redemptions
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience in end to end event coordination and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborative, detail oriented, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, cross functional environment
- Legally authorised to work in the UAE

Job Summary
- The Partnership Manager is responsible for driving partnership strategies to maximise revenue and brand awareness across TEC's UAE portfolio.
- This role focuses on proactive partner identification, relationship building, and strategic, revenue focused business development.
- You will manage the entire partnership lifecycle, from prospect identification and negotiation to execution and performance analysis.
Partnership and Business Development
- Identify and onboard high value B2B and B2B2C partners aligned with TEC's commercial objectives and brand positioning.
- Drive partnership led revenue growth by identifying and executing upsell opportunities across TEC's Products & Services.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all partnership matters.
- Represent TEC at industry events and networking forums across UAE to strengthen brand visibility and source qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain the Member Benefits portfolio through strategic sourcing and partnership negotiations in professional development, F&B, hospitality, lifestyle & wellness.
Events, Brand & Communications
- Monitor local conferences and events across the UAE to identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities.
- Plan and execute co hosted partner events that generate pipeline, revenue, and showcase TEC spaces with measurable outcomes.
- Manage partnership events end to end, from planning and logistics through execution and followup.
- Work with Marketing to create co branded collateral and promotional content that drives partner promotion of TEC.
- Create partnership focused content across social media and internal communication channels to drive visibility and engagement.
Community & Member Experience
- Develop and host Community initiatives that connect Members; from introductions and curated networking to a balanced programme of business, educational, social, lifestyle and Member appreciation events.
- Build relationships that drive satisfaction and retention, using every interaction to understand Members’ businesses and surface opportunities to connect them.
- Promote exclusive Member Benefits, upsell TEC services, and resolve Member enquiries with a hospitable, service oriented approach.
Strategic Insights & Administration
- Track partnership performance metrics, such as deliverables, activations and ROI, to drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain tracking systems for offers and redemptions to identify opportunities and optimise effectiveness.
- Coordinate with HQ and local teams to develop and roll out new initiatives, including SOPs and supporting materials.
- Support miscellaneous tasks as required, collaborating across departments to support team success and drive strategic outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience in end to end event coordination and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborative, detail oriented, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills and an interest in partnerships, sales enablement, and external engagement.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, cross functional environment.
- Legally authorised to work in the UAE.
