Job Summary

  • The Partnerships Executive sits at the intersection of Member experience and commercial growth across TEC's KSA portfolio.
  • You'll support the full partnership lifecycle from prospect identification to optimization, while curating Member events and experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard high value B2B and B2B2C partners aligned with TEC’s commercial objectives and brand positioning.
  • Drive partnership led revenue growth by identifying and executing upsell opportunities across TEC’s Products & Services.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with key partners, acting as primary point of contact.
  • Represent TEC at industry events and networking forums across KSA to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Develop and maintain the Member Benefits portfolio through strategic sourcing and partnership negotiations.
  • Develop and host Community initiatives that connect Members.
  • Plan and execute co hosted partner events that generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Create Community and partnership focused content for social and internal channels.
  • Track partnership and Community performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with HQ and local team to develop and roll out new initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Experience in end to end event coordination and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborative, detail oriented, and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, cross functional environment.
  • Legally authorised to work in Saudi Arabia.
