Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans for the Middle East, with a core focus on UAE and Saudi Arabia
- Lead marketing initiatives for Riyadh, supporting brand awareness, lead generation, sales enablement, and local market positioning
- Localise and adapt global campaigns for UAE and Saudi Arabia, ensuring all messaging is relevant, accurate, and commercially effective
- Ensure all English and Arabic communications reflect TEC's premium positioning, brand standards, and local market expectations
- Manage regional campaigns across digital, content, social media, PR, events, partnerships, and sales enablement
- Collaborate with HQ and local teams to plan, execute, and optimise paid media, SEO, SEM, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, and lead generation campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and report on key KPIs including lead volume, lead quality, CPL, conversion performance, ROI, and campaign effectiveness
- Identify market trends, audience insights, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities across UAE and Saudi Arabia
- Partner closely with Sales, Business Development, and Community teams to ensure marketing activity supports centre level priorities and revenue opportunities
- Manage regional media partners, agencies, vendors, and external collaborators
- Oversee translation and content localisation workflows, ensuring Arabic content is premium, persuasive, and market appropriate
- Act as the regional marketing liaison between HQ, UAE, and Saudi Arabia teams
Requirements
- Proven experience in regional, multi market, or country level marketing roles
- Experience in premium services, real estate, hospitality, flexible workspace, professional services, or B2B industries is preferred
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic are mandatory
- Strong understanding of the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and performance analytics
- Experience managing integrated campaigns across brand, digital, content, partnerships, events, PR, and lead generation
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong copywriting, editing, and localization judgement in both English and Arabic
- Data driven, detail oriented, and proactive
- Commercially minded with understanding of how marketing contributes to lead generation and revenue growth

Job Summary
- The Regional Marketing and Communication Manager Middle East will play a key role in driving The Executive Centre’s brand visibility, lead generation, and market engagement across the region, with an immediate focus on the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
- This role will be particularly important in supporting TEC’s growth in Riyadh, helping establish and strengthen the brand in one of the region’s most dynamic business markets.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for translating TEC’s global marketing strategy into effective local campaigns across English and Arabic channels.
- This is a strategic and hands on role, suited to a marketer who understands premium B2B services, regional market dynamics, digital performance, localisation, and culturally relevant communication.

- Support PR, media outreach, local content, thought leadership, social media, events, and client facing materials for UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Requirements
- Proven experience in regional, multi market, or country level marketing roles.
- Experience in premium services, real estate, hospitality, flexible workspace, professional services, or B2B industries is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic are mandatory.
- Strong understanding of the UAE and Saudi Arabia markets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, display advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and performance analytics.
- Experience managing integrated campaigns across brand, digital, content, partnerships, events, PR, and lead generation.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across markets.

- Data driven, detail oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance, lead quality, ROI, and regional impact.
- Able to balance strategic planning with hands on execution in a fast moving commercial environment.
- Commercially minded, with a clear understanding of how marketing contributes to lead generation and revenue growth.
- Strong in both brand building and digital performance.
