Requirements
- Experience in market operations, particularly with Market Infrastructures and Virtual Assets
- Knowledge of derivative and virtual asset trading, custody, and clearing
- Ability to assess operational and technology risks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Role Overview
- The FSRA regulates Financial Services activities in ADGM.
- The Manager Market Operations role is within the Markets Department.
- Covers Financial Instruments, Virtual Assets, and Spot Commodities.
- Reports to the Senior Manager (MO) and works closely with Markets Department and FSRA.
Operational Responsibilities
- Assist in assessment and management of operational and technology risks during licensing and supervision of Markets Firms.
- Manage regulatory relationships with market stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage specific Virtual Asset operational and technology risks.
- Provide SME support to Senior Manager for supervisory engagements.
- Advise senior management on regulatory changes impacting supervisory functions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders within FSRA and ADGM.
- Deliver additional tasks as delegated from Senior Manager.
- Participate in allocated projects.
- Adhere to internal policies, rules, and behaviours.
Organisational Responsibilities
- Support development and administration of market operations and risk related rules.
- Support administration of rules, policies, and procedures for authorisation and supervision of Markets Firms.
- Contribute to development of short term and long term objectives of Markets and Supervision Division.
Information Security
- Understand, adopt, and practice responsibilities per ADGM Information Security policy.
- Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ADGM Information.
