Job Summary
Manage and enhance IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and telecommunications systems.
Ensure technology environments are robust, secure, and aligned with business objectives.
Develop strategic IT frameworks, manage upgrades, maintain system integrity, and optimize resources.
General Responsibilities
- Follow the operational strategy in compliance with group delegation of authority policy.
- Ensure policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls meet group requirements.
- Complete reports on time and according to business and organizational standards.
- Prepare periodic management and progress reports for senior management decision-making.
Job-Specific Responsibilities
- Develop strategies for IT infrastructure, cloud services, and telecommunications.
- Manage data center, network, cloud environment, and telecommunications design and maintenance.
- Manage vendor relationships and service agreements for infrastructure, cloud, and telecom services.
- Develop cloud service selection, adoption, and migration strategies.
- Oversee cloud and platform engineering integration and management.
- Provision, monitor, and optimize cloud infrastructure resources.
