Job Summary
Support the development and execution of compensation and benefits strategies aligned with business objectives and the employee value proposition.
Assist with competitive rewards packages and employee insurance programs to attract, motivate, and retain talent while supporting regulatory compliance.
Report to the Manager, Total Rewards.
Policy, Reporting, and Systems
- Follow the operational strategy in compliance with group delegation of authority policy.
- Ensure policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls meet group requirements and applicable procedural and legislative standards.
- Complete reports on time and in line with business and organizational policies.
- Prepare periodic management and progress reports for senior management decision-making.
Total Rewards Responsibilities
- Support compensation, benefits, recognition, and employee well-being initiatives.
- Align reward programs with company culture, values, and strategic objectives.
- Support annual compensation reviews, salary structure updates, merit increases, and performance-based pay adjustments.
- Assist with short- and long-term incentive programs, including bonuses and profit sharing.
