Job Summary
Perform the full range of customer service activities as directed by the Centre Manager.
General Responsibilities
- Comply with organizational policies, systems, processes, procedures, controls, and delegation of authority requirements.
- Complete reports on time and in accordance with business policies and standards.
- Prepare periodic management and progress reports to support senior management decision-making.
- Comply with organizational requirements in a timely manner.
Customer Service Responsibilities
- Handle routine, complex, and follow-up customer requests.
- Review customer forms, identify ambiguities or complexities, and simplify process flows.
- Scan and file customer application documents in the document archiving system.
- Validate customer data in care and billing systems against original applications.
- Maintain request logs and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Resolve customer complaints at first contact where possible and maintain complaint records.
- Escalate priority and major cases to appropriate leaders and keep customers updated.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to provide timely and satisfactory responses.
- Update computerized customer records when requested.
- Provide product and service information and process orders, forms, and applications.
