Job Summary
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Foster collaboration, resolve conflicts, and drive joint initiatives.
Support strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and innovation through supplier partnerships.
General Responsibilities
- Ensure policies, systems, processes, procedures, controls, and delegated-authority requirements are followed.
- Complete reports on time and in line with business policies and standards.
- Prepare periodic management and progress reports for senior management.
Supplier Relationship Responsibilities
- Build trust and open communication with key suppliers.
- Align supplier needs, challenges, and strategic objectives with organizational goals.
- Act as the primary contact for supplier-related matters.
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on operational and contractual issues.
- Facilitate supplier workshops, improvement initiatives, and innovation sessions.
- Lead joint business reviews and use performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assess supplier capabilities and facilitate training and resource sharing.
