  • Join our IFEC (In Flight Entertainment and Connectivity) team and play a key role in shaping the future of onboard digital storytelling.

About The Role

  • Deliver integrated campaign impact, measured by campaign reach and alignment scores, by developing and managing multi channel campaign strategies.
  • Ensure seamless end to end campaign execution, measured by on time and error free launches, by coordinating campaigns across IFE, mobile, and digital channels.
  • Support commercial and product initiatives, measured by launch performance indicators, by executing structured campaigns for product releases, feature rollouts, and marketplace promotions.
  • Optimize campaign prioritization, measured by seasonal and commercial impact, by managing scheduling based on demand patterns and business priorities.
  • Measure campaign success and impact, measured by engagement, awareness, and conversion KPIs, by tracking performance across inflight and digital platforms.

About You

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 10+ years of job related experience.
  • Proven experience planning, executing, and managing digital or media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong expertise in content led campaigns, digital campaign calendars, and end to end orchestration.
  • Demonstrated understanding of brand storytelling, commercial messaging, and customer journey alignment.
  • Experience supporting product launches, feature rollouts, or marketplace activations in complex environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder, project, and timeline management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns.
  • Experience working in airline, travel, hospitality, or premium brand environments, including exposure to inflight entertainment and digital passenger experience platforms.
  • Proven involvement in multi channel campaign coordination across IFE, mobile, web, retail, or digital marketplace platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics and performance reporting, and experience collaborating with creative agencies or content production teams.
