Description

Shape sales compensation and revenue planning platforms by combining incentive compensation expertise with applied AI knowledge.

Own product decisions affecting how organizations plan, calculate, and optimize sales compensation.

What you will do

  • Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for incentive compensation, quota, territory, and commission management features.
  • Identify AI and machine learning opportunities such as payout anomaly detection, predictive quota modeling, natural-language plan configuration, and compliance checks.
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science to scope, prioritize, and ship features from concept to general availability.
  • Apply AI capabilities while balancing innovation with accuracy, auditability, and trust.
  • Translate accelerators, tiers, contests, clawbacks, and multi-currency plans into clear product requirements.
  • Communicate roadmaps, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Create user stories, refine them with development and QA teams, and prioritize Scrum team work.
  • Develop an end-to-end testing strategy and collaborate with Operations on execution.
  • Work with sales operations, finance, and customer-facing teams to validate solutions.
  • Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate using customer and usage data.

What you will bring

  • At least four years of product management experience in sales compensation, incentive compensation, or related sales performance management.
  • Prior experience working as a Product Owner on Scrum teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with comfort working through compensation mathematics, plan logic, and edge cases.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills across finance and engineering.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and process documentation skills.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI and machine learning product development, including LLMs and predictive models.

  • Incentive compensation, sales compensation, quota management, territory management, and commission management.
  • AI/ML product development, predictive modeling, natural-language interfaces, and agentic workflows.
  • Auditability, compliance, financial controls, and compensation plan logic.
