Role overview
The Product Manager will shape sales compensation and revenue planning platforms using incentive compensation expertise and applied AI.
The role owns product decisions affecting how organizations plan, calculate, and optimize sales compensation.
The position combines business process expertise, technical communication, product ownership, and responsible AI adoption.
What you'll do
- Define the product vision and roadmap for incentive compensation, quota, territory, and commission management features.
- Identify AI and ML opportunities such as payout anomaly detection, predictive quota modelling, natural-language plan configuration, and compliance checks.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ship features from concept through general availability.
- Evaluate LLMs, predictive models, and agentic workflows with attention to accuracy, auditability, and trust.
- Translate accelerators, tiers, contests, clawbacks, and multi-currency plans into clear product requirements.
- Create presentations and communicate roadmap trade-offs and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Deliver user stories, refine them with development and QA, and prioritize Scrum team work.
- Develop end-to-end testing strategy and coordinate execution with Operations.
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate using customer and usage data.
