Role Overview
Product Manager role focused on sales compensation and revenue planning platforms.
The role combines incentive compensation expertise with applied AI to improve how organizations plan, calculate, and optimize sales compensation.
The role works across business, finance, IT, engineering, design, data science, and customer-facing teams.
What You’ll Do
- Define and drive product vision and roadmap for incentive compensation, quota, territory, and commission management features.
- Embed AI and machine learning into compensation workflows, including anomaly detection, predictive quota modeling, natural-language configuration, and compliance checks.
- Partner with engineering, design, and data science to scope, prioritize, and ship features from concept to general availability.
- Apply LLMs, predictive models, and agentic workflows with attention to accuracy, auditability, and trust.
- Translate accelerators, tiers, contests, clawbacks, and multi-currency plans into product requirements.
- Present roadmaps, trade-offs, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.
- Act as product owner in Agile delivery, including user stories, refinement, prioritization, and deployment.
- Develop end-to-end testing strategy and collaborate with Operations on test execution.
- Define success metrics, run experiments, and iterate using customer and usage data.
