Role Overview
The Manager, Finance Transformation joins the Business Process and Enterprise Systems Transformation team.
The role diagnoses operational root causes and optimizes accounting connections between Finance platforms, boundary systems, and Workday Cloud ERP.
The team uses Agentforce and intelligent systems to automate subledger flows and support financial decision-making.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process improvement and agentic transformation across core finance operations.
- Coordinate the Finance and Digital Enterprise Transformation feature backlog.
- Manage twice-annual Workday releases and strategic project delivery.
- Investigate cross-platform transactional breakdowns and implement preventive root-cause fixes.
- Engage Finance stakeholders while considering the broader financial and regulatory landscape.
- Translate finance requirements into technical specifications for IT execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance technology consulting, or enterprise financial systems management.
- Hands-on experience driving business process optimization within enterprise finance systems.
- Experience leading finance technology initiatives with responsibility for timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Experience using enterprise agentic AI tools to automate workflow decisions or accounting processes.
- Independent track record of identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable process improvements.
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Management or technology consulting experience focused on transformation combined with Finance Operations experience.
- Experience implementing agentic automation and intelligent Finance workflows.
- Exceptional structured problem-solving and ability to present technical roadmaps to finance leadership.
- Active CPA designation.
Workplace
- This role is hybrid and requires working in the office three days per week.
