Role Overview
The AR Systems team supports the systems and technology used by Accounts Receivable operations.
The Analyst provides systems support, manages prioritized enhancement initiatives, supports end users, improves operational infrastructure, and reports on KPIs to leadership.
The role operates in a customer-impacting, complex environment that values learning, attention to detail, communication, and time management.
Responsibilities
- Support Revenue Operations systems through bug triage, process support, data management, technical advisory, requirements gathering, and feature testing.
- Create and maintain technical and process documentation.
- Support technology projects and initiatives affecting Revenue Operations.
- Work with IT and business units to implement new technology and functionality.
- Maintain partnerships with system and business stakeholders.
- Identify improvements that increase process efficiency and data integrity.
- Provide solutions aligned with industry best practices and company policy.
- Analyze KPIs and prepare operational reports for leadership.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
- At least 3 years of systems administration experience, preferably with Salesforce products.
- At least 3 years of Systems Analyst or Product Analyst experience, or experience focused on system enhancements, product management, or program management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Proficiency in systems analysis, data analysis, and process modeling.
- Experience with technology implementations and development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience gathering requirements and analyzing priorities, solution options, and risks.
- Functional understanding of SQL or other query languages.
- General understanding of object-oriented programming and cloud infrastructure.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Agile methodology and product development models is preferred.
- Understanding of Quote to Cash operations, including credit, billing, collections, bad debt, accounts receivable, and revenue accounting, is beneficial.
- ERP experience and knowledge of Mulesoft, Oracle R12, Marketing Cloud, Apex, Python, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS are preferred.
Workplace
- This is a hybrid role requiring office attendance three days per week.
