Role overview
The Finance Transformation Manager joins the Business Process & Enterprise Systems Transformation team.
The role improves accounting connections between Finance platforms, boundary systems, and Workday Cloud ERP.
The team uses Agentforce and intelligent systems to automate subledger flows and support financial decision-making.
What you will do
- Lead end-to-end process improvement and agentic transformation across core finance operations.
- Coordinate the feature backlog, twice-annual Workday releases, and strategic project delivery.
- Investigate cross-platform transactional breakdowns and implement root-cause fixes.
- Engage Finance stakeholders while considering the full financial picture and regulatory landscape.
- Translate finance requirements into technical specifications for IT execution.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in finance transformation, finance technology consulting, or enterprise financial systems management.
- Hands-on experience driving business process optimization within enterprise finance systems.
- Experience leading finance technology initiatives with responsibility for timelines, risks, and dependencies.
