Manager, Data Analytics

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

• Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR), claims data, and healthcare databases.
• Experience with Tableau and data visualizations.
• Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) is required.
• Proficiency in database management systems (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Strong knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as SQL, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience with cloud database platforms (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL).
• Knowledge of database replication, clustering, and high availability solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across various geographic locations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing environments, requirements, and priorities.
• Solid understanding of healthcare industry regulations, including HIPAA and patient data privacy standards.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in decision-making and issue resolution.
• Skilled at navigating competing priorities and performing effectively in a fast-paced settings.
• Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset and fosters a team-oriented work environment.
• Experience with Tableau, Qlik or Power BI, preferred.
• Certifications such as Oracle DBA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, or similar preferred.
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle or claims data processing, preferred.
• Familiarity with data reconciliation and audit reporting, preferred.
