Shamal Holding is seeking a Manager – Communications to support the Director of PR & Communications in shaping corporate reputation, driving strategic communications, and strengthening executive visibility.

Responsibilities
- Support the Director in developing and implementing an integrated corporate communications strategy aligned with the Group’s investment mandate and long term vision
- Articulate the Group’s investment philosophy, portfolio growth narrative, and economic contribution in a clear, consistent manner
- Ensure alignment of messaging across business verticals and portfolio entities
- Contribute to positioning the Group as a credible, forward looking investment platform regionally and internationally
- Develop and execute a structured CEO and executive spokesperson positioning plan
- Identify high impact speaking opportunities, editorial placements, and industry forums
- Draft speeches, op eds, interviews, and key messaging for senior leadership
- Build a sustained thought leadership platform aligned with strategic priorities and national development narratives
- Own relationships with key regional and international media outlets
- Develop proactive media engagement strategies to strengthen brand equity and share of voice
- Manage media briefings, interviews, and press interactions
- Lead crisis communications planning and response in coordination with the Director
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
- 10–14 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or reputation management
- Experience within an investment firm, sovereign wealth fund, holding company, or large diversified conglomerate preferred
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership positioning
- Proven track record managing high level media engagement and complex announcements
- High credibility and executive presence
- Discreet, politically astute, and trusted with sensitive information
- Calm and decisive under pressure
- Strategic thinker with strong operational discipline
- Commercially aware with understanding of investment environments
- Collaborative leader capable of guiding junior communications professionals
