- Act as a stakeholder escalation point for order related issues
- Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and trade requirements
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure material availability and seamless end to end order execution
- Drive performance and contribute to developing ways of working across the region

- Solid experience in order management, project management, and supply chain operations
- Proven leadership skills and ability to develop high performing teams

- Experience with KPIs, performance follow up, and data driven decision making

- We are looking for a Manager, CNS Order Management NCA to join our Consumables Supply Chain organization.
- In this role, you will lead end to end order execution across the region, ensuring high service levels, availability, and operational efficiency.
- You will have a strong impact on customer satisfaction, supply reliability, and operational performance.
- You will report to the Director, CNS Order Management NCA.
Team
- You will lead a team of 5 8 order management professionals focused on end to end order execution, customer service, and supply chain excellence.
- Our team plays a key role in ensuring smooth end to end processes, reliable deliveries, and strong coordination between supply and demand.
- We collaborate closely with market areas, business lines, logistics, sourcing teams, and supply chain stakeholders.
What you'll do
