Job Description

  • Metso Dubai is looking for Admin assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and reconcile office petty cash
  • Monitor and control office related expenditures by processing invoices
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Oversee transportation logistics by arranging airport transfers
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate corporate events, team building activities, employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage all logistical requirements for internal meetings, conferences, workshops
  • Maintain office supplies, pantry inventory, and consumables
  • Handle general administrative correspondence
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well maintained
  • Support procurement and vendor management activities
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and conference facilities
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of office assets
