Role Overview
Advance academic quality assurance through assessment, accreditation, compliance monitoring, technology, and data-driven practices.
Support learning outcomes assessment, evidence-based decision-making, and continuous improvement across the university and academic programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate accreditation and quality assurance activities with assigned colleges.
- Coordinate CAA Outcome-Based Evaluation Framework data submissions and institutional licensure requirements.
- Develop analytical reports on quality indicators and KPIs, including OBEF-aligned measures.
- Lead corrective action plans within the OBEF framework and support closed-loop institutional improvement.
- Review and validate evidence for CAA reporting and institutional licensure requirements.
- Oversee Course Learning Outcomes and Program Learning Outcomes assessment and reporting.
- Support institutional and program-level accreditation and licensure reports.
- Conduct data audits and ensure alignment with institutional policies, QFEmirates, and CAA standards.
- Provide training and technical support on assessment practices and academic quality systems.
- Collaborate with IT on analytics, predictive insights, benchmarking, and technology-enabled solutions.
- Monitor global quality assurance and educational technology trends and recommend innovations.
Required Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Master’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Educational Technology, or a related discipline is required.
- A relevant doctoral degree is preferred.
- At least seven years of higher education experience is required, preferably in academic quality assurance or institutional research.
- Experience with academic accreditation processes or program assessment cycles is required.
- Experience leading process improvement and digital transformation is required.
- Proficiency in data analysis techniques, assessment platforms, reporting, and dashboard development is required.
- Familiarity with AI or machine learning is advantageous.
