Role Overview
Support implementation and development of the university’s Stellic academic advising system.
Work with the Academic Support Center, IT, Registrar, colleges or school, and academic advisors.
Maintain accurate and functional advising system information and processes.
Stellic and Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate implementation, configuration, and development activities for Stellic.
- Act as a key liaison among academic advising stakeholders on system matters.
Degree Audit and Other Duties
- Support development, review, testing, and maintenance of degree audit rules in Stellic.
- Perform related duties assigned by the Academic Support Center Director within the role’s scope.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
- High computer literacy and aptitude for learning technology and information systems.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, organization, multitasking, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with university environments, academic advising, and higher education terminology.
- Experience with data entry, data validation, or quality assurance processes.
- Ability to interpret academic program requirements and translate them into system requirements.
