Responsibilities
- Respond to system incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions
- Provide operational support while meeting SLA and shift requirements
- Participate in on call support for critical infrastructure issues
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks
- Administer and manage Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services
- Deploy and manage virtual machines, cloud databases, and PaaS services
- Manage cloud storage solutions, including object and file storage
- Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and reliability
- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT Systems Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure
- Strong hands on experience with Microsoft Azure and GCP
- Good knowledge of virtualization technologies and enterprise storage
- Familiarity with cloud security and infrastructure best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
