Job Summary

  • The Regional Sales Manager is a significant driver of company revenue and growth.
  • Responsible for leading and driving sales engagements, connecting customers with solutions for threat prevention.
  • Meet and exceed quota by crafting strategic territory plans targeting deployments of the Next Generation Security Platform.

Your Impact

  • Drive and orchestrate complex sales cycles with internal partners and teams.
  • Initiate long standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.
  • Create and implement strategic account plans focused on enterprise wide deployments.
  • Understand competitive landscape and customer needs to position Palo Alto Networks.
  • Engage programmatic demand generation to develop and expand territory.
  • Leverage prospect stories to create compelling value propositions.
  • Stay updated on industry news and trends.
  • Travel as necessary within territory and to company wide meetings.

Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge of SaaS based architectures, ideally in networking and/or security context.
  • Experience cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with channel partners.
  • Ability to lead all aspects of the sales cycle: uncover, qualify, develop, and close new white space territories.
  • Deep knowledge of the intelligence community.
  • Successful track record selling complex solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Highly competitive, quick to ramp, adaptive, and exceeding production goals.
